Individual Signs Document at Kum Nam Kim Demonstration
Description
An individual bends over to sign something placed on a document station located at a CAAAV demonstration that was organized to demand justice for Kum Nam Kim, a Korean street vendor on the Upper West Side who was brutalized and arrested by police on August 3, 1993, after protesting an unfair parking ticket. [1] The person in the act of signing is observed by two individuals who stand to their left and right respectively, and another individual can be seen in the background analyzing a separate piece of paper.
