CAAAV Benefit “The Rhythm is Ours!” at the Public Theater

A group of people dance gathered around performers playing percussion instruments during a CAAAV Benefit titled The Rhythm is Ours! The fundraiser event was sold-out, and took place at the Public Theater in New York City. It featured performances by drumming and dancing groups from different communities including Soh Daiko (Japanese), Djembe Ensemble (West African), Umuncha (Korean), Kindig Sindaw (Filipina), M.A.D.
