Protesters and Police Officers

This photo depicts police barricades separating a group of people protesting with posters and the police officers surveying them. One of the posters is partially legible and reads “MENELLIO EUCDEA R.I.P. KILLED BY COPS July 4.” There is another poster that is less legible but appears to name another person killed and the date they were killed on. The police officers are standing in the street with cars passing behind them.
