People at a protest at Howard Beach against the police mishandling of the murder of Michael Griffith. Although the murder of Michael Griffith was done by a white mob and not the police directly, protestors made connections between clear cases of brutality and the negligence the police showed in hate crime cases like this one. CAAAV was present, holding a banner that says "Stop Racist Violence" in solidarity.
