Members of CAAAV and the family of Yong Xin Huang marched through Manhattan Chinatown to Columbus Park to create a shrine to Yong Xin, who was shot and killed by the police in Brooklyn in March of that year. The vigil was held on the day before what would have been his seventeenth birthday.</text>
